Gift cards can be redeemed for therapy services offered by Homa Counselling. The gift card value can be applied toward individual, couples, or group therapy sessions, depending on availability and the preferences of the recipient.
Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Unused balances will expire after this period. Extensions may be granted in certain circumstances but are not guaranteed
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, except as required by law.
Gift cards are transferable and may be gifted to another person. However, they cannot be resold or exchanged.
If the entire gift card balance is not used in a single transaction, the remaining balance can be applied to future sessions within the validity period.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Please treat your gift card like cash.
Gift card redemption is subject to therapist availability. Recipients are encouraged to book appointments in advance to ensure preferred session times.
Gift cards cannot be used for third-party services or any services not offered by Homa Counselling. Additionally, they cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts.
Appointments booked with a gift card are subject to our standard booking and cancellation policies. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a forfeiture of the session value.
Homa Counselling reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The terms in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your gift card.
